I had a great stay as the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location gave me easy access to nearby parks just a few steps away and city attractions like the Covent Garden Market, perfect for weekend strolls.

It was just an ideal choice for a passing visit in London, with all in all brilliant value for money. The bathroom was larger than expected, making it much more comfortable. Consider asking for the quietest side of the building to avoid noise.

The bathroom felt cramped and the shower was claustrophobic!!! Charging $300 a night for a tiny room seems excessive, especially with breakfast only lasting until 9 am!!! Not to mention, the lack of communication about breakfast hours is frustrating.

We had a fantastic time exploring the spooky maze and the creepy coffin ride at the After Dark event with our four kids. The hotel was clean, and the staff were genuinely friendly. It really felt safe during our stay and made us comfortable.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel would benefit from better breakfast variety for kids.
